Giggles and Bows is an online store      providing children’s accessories, including bows,                                              headbands, and personalized products. All products are subject to availability. 

Orders  may be placed directly through our website or by filling out our contact form to request an invoice.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.
All payments must be made in full before items are shipped.
 

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown during checkout.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Giggles and Bows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Due to the nature of personalized and custom products, returns are generally not accepted.
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Bulk orders must be placed through the contact form and will be invoiced separately.
Customizations must be specified at the time of order. Giggles and Bows is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

Giggles and Bows shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
